During the workshop the Comparison results were reviewed and discussed. The Comparison is an activity within Step 2 (Determine Requirements) of the NATO Defence Planning Process (NDPP). The step consists of mapping the available capabilities within the Alliance against the Minimum Capability Requirements to meet NATO’s ambitions. The Comparison results consist of the identification of capabilities to be maintained, shortfalls in capability and surpluses – this is what was presented at the workshop.
