Through Project Portfolio Management, the Agency is supporting the lifecycle of projects in a specific portfolio, and ensuring coherency across these projects. For the Directorate of Sponsor Account NATO & Nations, the portfolio consists of approximately 150 projects with 50 different sponsors. The management of the various stages within the lifecycle of the project is base on principles of the PRINCE 2 methodology and the Project Management Institute.
