Customer Relationship Management

The Directorate Sponsor Account NATO & Nations is primarily responsible in ensuring our customer satisfaction. NC3A has an increasing number of projects, deriving from requests of Nations within the unique C4ISR expertise that the Agency offers.

The Sponsor Account NATO & Nations supports not only bilateral initiatives with Nations and Multinational initiatives, but we also pave the way for an enhanced cooperation development with Nations, Partner Nations and Organizations. There are several mechanisms to foster beneficial collaborations of which a few are listed below.

Through a Memorandum of Agreement or Understanding, which serves as an umbrella agreement for subsequent technical arrangements on specific projects with Nations or Organizations. The obvious benefits are naturally cost-saving and the elimination of the time-consuming processes of staffing every agreement between a Nations and the Agency. The strategy of MoUs/MoAs has proven to be quite successful, as currently we have 10 umbrella agreements signed with NATO nations and 2 with Partner for Peace (PfP) Nations. 

NC3A is also organizing several conferences and workshops , such as the Industry Conference, CIO conference, Multinational Cyber Defence and C-IED workshops. These events provide a forum for Nations and Organizations to  NC3A to demonstrate our unique C4ISR capabilities and expertise and our value-offer to our customers and stakeholders.
